A small place for messages meant for the future.
Since 2026 is an email-based time capsule. Write a plain-text message today and choose when, and in which timezone, it should arrive in the future.
There is no account to create and no dashboard to maintain. Your email is the interface.
The subject contains the delivery date, time and timezone. The message becomes the capsule itself.
How it works
- Write a plain-text email.
- Choose a future date, time and timezone.
- Send it to capsule@since2026.in.
- Receive a confirmation containing your Capsule ID.
- Keep the Capsule ID private. It is your recovery key.
- When the time comes, the capsule is delivered by email.

Use an IANA timezone such as

America/New_York, or
Asia/Tokyo.
You do not need to convert the time to UTC yourself.
Rules
Message
- Plain text only.
- Maximum 100,000 characters.
- No attachments.
Recipients
- Up to 20 email addresses per capsule.
- Duplicate addresses are removed.
- You may create multiple capsules from the same email address.
Delivery time
- More than one calendar year in the future.
- Maximum 100 calendar years ahead.
- The capsule clock starts when the capsule is successfully stored.
- Your selected timezone is preserved for the scheduled delivery.
Sealing
- A confirmation email is sent after successful storage.
- Once confirmed, the capsule is sealed.
- Sealed capsules cannot be edited, cancelled or replaced.
Recovery information
For capsules more than 10 years in the future, you may optionally include recovery information at the bottom of the message.
Recovery information is stored separately from the capsule text.
Abuse and automated submissions
Since 2026 may reject malformed, automated, abusive or excessive submissions in order to protect the service and its users.
There is no arbitrary lifetime capsule limit for legitimate users.

Rejected submissions do not generate confirmation emails.
